↑ Yang Hao's mother Princess Cui gave birth to a son in or around 586, suggesting that it was Yang Hao (because she was not recorded in history as having had another son), but the evidence is not conclusive as he was not referred to by name. See Zizhi Tongjian, vol. 176.
